We want you to love your PrettyLitter fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. If your fit isn't perfect, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution so you can get back to styling.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for updates on your return's journey.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
